Good quality. The fabric felt a little stiff at first, but after a few washing, it’s softening up nicely. The fit was slightly bigger than I expected, but still within the range of accuracy for that size. Shipping was faster than I expected, although still slower than some other services. Price felt a little high. I would’ve gotten two pairs if they had been a bit less expensive. Overall, I’m pleased.

I do love the pants. However, the shipping situation is awful. I live in a high-rise building in Atlantic City without a doorman. I go to work and leave my apartment for most of the day. There is no way to enter my building without me being there. I repeatedly tried to work with your shipper Express and it was so frustrating. It was four days of pure disaster trying to reach them. They have no phone. They don’t answer their email. They don’t text to the driver. It’s like they’re driving a truck from 1922. I’m afraid to order from you again because of your shipping situation. If you fix it that would be great. I’m also moving in two weeks so that might solve the situation for us.
