I ordered a coat at the end of August that was delivered September 18, 2026, which was beautiful but way too big. After emailing Buykud, they immediately responded to my concern and sent another smaller coat. Unfortunately, the second coat is still way too big. I have asked for a smaller size or refund and although I have sent several emails they would not respond to me. The coat was well made and I am interested other pieces but the customer service is non existent and certainly not on the up and up. I paid $146.40 Canadian and feel ripped off. So disappointing! Finally after me negatively commenting in their social media posts they responded and asked if I'd like the smallest coat. I advised I would like to proceed with a refund and again they do not respond. Several days went by again before I heard back and was advised that I had 2 options : for a full refund I must pay the return postage to China (also worried about how long this would take and in the end I wouldn't get a full refund would I? Option 2 a 40% refund . They make 60 % for nothing. No other reputable vendor expects you to pay the shipping costs to China when the merchandise ordered is not acceptable. Not only is the coat way to big for how it is sized but the sleeves are way to short and not in proportion to the rest of the garment and it is very heavy like armour. This is now 2 months and I have no coat that fits and I had to pay $87.84 in Canadian funds for this horrible experience. Buykud shame on you! What a scam. Buyer beware!
